Transfer of Assets (Full transfer)
The problem: Clients needed a trusted, self-service way to transfer assets from external firms to Merrill without leaving the digital experience. Existing paper-based workflows created friction, extended time to completion, and introduced barriers to asset consolidation and account funding.
The solution: Developed a content-led experience that guides clients through each stage of the asset transfer process with clear, contextual education and decision support. Established a reusable financial institution selection pattern and accessible content framework to create a consistent experience across full and partial transfers.
